About Micheal Jefferson Talley
Micheal was born in Dayton, Ohio and spent the vast majority of his formative years residing in Bell County, Kentucky. Micheal received a scholarship to attended Lindsey Wilson College where he obtained a Bachelors Degree in Criminal Justice with a minor in Psychology.
After Micheal’s undergraduate studies were completed, he attended the University of Dayton School of Law in Dayton, Ohio where he obtained his Juris Doctorate. He was part of the graduating class of 2019 at the University of Dayton School of Law, which had one of the highest bar-passage percentage rates in school history.
After his time at the University of Dayton School of Law came to an end Micheal worked at Howard Law Group in Frankfort, Kentucky; the Legal Aid of East Tennessee in Johnson City, Tennessee; and then Gilly, Hill & Schaefer in Kingsport, Tennessee. Micheal has acquired a vast array of legal knowledge and experience throughout his scholastic and professional careers that he utilizes when representing his clients.
Micheal believes that understanding and trust is the bedrock of any successful attorney/client relationship. He welcomes hard work, is aggressive when advocating for his clients, and looks forward to obtaining successful outcomes for his clients in their cases.
