Brandon Andrew Potter: Brandon Potter grew up in Hampton, Tennessee, and earned a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice, with a minor in Legal Studies, from East Tennessee State University. followed this with a Juris Doctorate from Charlotte School of Law. He interned with the District Attorney’s Office for Tennessee’s First Judicial District during law school and was admitted to practice law in 2016. Brandon co-founded Foster and Potter, PC in 2018, which became BFP Law Firm in 2020. His practice areas include criminal law and domestic relations.”
Chase Baker: Chase Baker was born and raised in Elizabethton, Tennessee. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Communication Studies from East Tennessee State University before attending Lincoln Memorial University Duncan School of Law on a full academic scholarship. He was admitted to practice law in Tennessee in 2019 and began his career with Foster and Potter, PC in Greeneville, Tennessee. Chase’s practice areas include family law and civil litigation. He currently serves as Vice President of the Greeneville Bar Association.
