Brennan Lenihan is an accomplished DUI & Criminal Defense, and Divorce & Family Law Attorney. For over 20 years Brennan has been helping clients all over East Tennessee. He earned his undergraduate degree at the University of Tennessee, and then went on to earn his law degree from the University of Memphis. While at Memphis, Brennan competed in Mock Trial, worked for a Circuit Court Judge, and had an externship with the Shelby County District Attorney’s Office Major Violators Unit. After returning to East Tennessee, Brennan was trained as a Rule 31 Mediator, graduated from Leadership Oak Ridge, and was elected as a Charter Commissioner in Oak Ridge. In addition to his community involvement, he has graduated from the Tennessee Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers Criminal Defense College, and the prestigious National Criminal Defense College’s Trial Practice Institute. Brennan has recently been certified in NHTSA’s Standardized Field Sobriety Testing (SFSTs), as well as NHTSA’s Advanced Roadside Impaired Driving Enforcement (ARIDE) to best serve his clients who have been charged with DUI. Away from the courthouse, Brennan enjoys time with his family and his many pets, and you can usually find him at a soccer field – either as a player, a coach, a fan, or most importantly, to support his daughter and her teammates.
